Flor de primavera Peraj Ha'abib 100% Pinot Noir 2019 is exclusively produced from the winery's Pinot Noir Vineyards located near the village of Capcanes!
The harvest is done by hand, then after maceration of the grapes for 12 days, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of between 27 and 29ºC. The wine has benefited from an aging of 12 months in new French oak barrels.

About Capcanes
Rising around the village of Capçanes, on steep slopes and terraces, our vineyards are protected by the Llaberia mountain range.We mainly work with our two indigenous grape varieties Garnacha Negra and Carignan of high altitude and low yield. Some of our vines are over 100 years old! On clay-limestone, clay-limestone and clay-limestone soils, our vines develop a very concentrated fruity intensity and a unique aromatic profile.
