Pascal Bouchard Chablis “Le Classique” 2022 is a very pretty wine made 100% from Chardonnay from hillside and plateau vines. It is a lively wine with citrus aromas and iodized notes. The wine has a very nice minerality due to its clay-limestone soil. The wine has benefited from aging on lees to provide structure, roundness and complexity.
