Agur Winery

Agur Winery was established in 1999 by winemaker Shouki Yashov near the Biblical Valley, nesting in the fertile hills of Judea. In 2020, he brought in two partners to further develop the winery: Elad Katz and Eyal Drori. Elad has over a decade experience in the wine industry and notably as a CEO of the very well-known Domaine du Castel winery. Eyal, a hugely talented winemaker, holds multiple degrees in viticulture & wine and vineyard science from the University of Turin, as well as extensive winemaking experience in Italy, Crete and Israel.

From the vineyards, Ein Kerem and Givat Yeshaha, the winery produces a limited variety of artisan, crafted wines, with the ambition to produce excellent wines that express their terroir at best.
