A superb sparkling wine for the Golan heights made according to the traditional method!

Cava Brut from Elvi Wines, is a superb Cava, made from local grape varieties, Xarello and Macabeo, and according to the traditional method with the second fermentation that takes place in the bottle. Before disgorging, the wine is aged for 12 months in the bottle.

The Cantina Giuliano Rosato is made with Sangiovese from the hills of Tuscany. A touch of vermentino is added to bring even more aromas and freshness. The Cantina Giuliano has a very beautiful light salmon pink color and presents intense aromas of fruit (white fruit) with mineral notes on the nose. On the palate the wine is fresh with a nice acidity.
