The Dalton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged for 10 months in oak barrels. It is a rich and balanced wine, with distinctive notes of wild berries (such as redcurrant) enhanced by subtle vanilla notes. This wine pairs particularly well with grilled meats, steaks, hamburgers, and roasted white meat dishes.
