The Dalton Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged for 10 months in oak barrels. It is a rich and balanced wine, with distinctive notes of wild berries (such as redcurrant) enhanced by subtle vanilla notes.
