The Domaine de L'Allamande is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle of the Côtes de Provence (Cuers - Puget Ville -Pierrefeu), where the vine has been cultivated for 2500 years. The 31 ha vineyard is planted on sunny clay-limestone hillsides, crossed by the mistral and facing the big blue.
The Domaine de L'Allamande cuvée comes from a blend of Cinsaut (50%), Grenache (25%), Syrah (25%). The vineyard is cultivated in sustainable agriculture with limited yields.
The Domaine de L'Allamande offers a rosé wine of great finesse. Under a slightly pink color, the nose reveals subtle and delicate floral notes with aromas of rose, and a slight note of lemon zest. On the palate, the attack is crunchy, then greedy.
