Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino, from some of the most prized terroirs in the surrounding region of La Motte in Provence , Whispering Angel presents to the eye a very beautiful pale pink dress. The palate is rich with a beautiful liveliness.
Whispering Angel has established itself as one of the essential references for Côtes de Provence rosés and is now available, for 2 vintages, in kosher vintage for our greatest pleasure!
Vinification: Harvest from sunrise to noon, optical sorting. Destemming and light crushing at 7-8 degrees to avoid oxidation. Vinification in stainless steel vats and “batonnage” twice a week.
Kosher wine under the Star-K certification.
