Clos Mesorah is undoubtedly one of the very best wines in Spain. It is made on the prestigious Montsant appellation, from a blend of grapes from almost century-old Carignan, Syrah and Grenache Noir grown in organic farming.
The vineyard benefits from intense Mediterranean sunshine during the day and relatively cool temperatures at night, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly developing complex aromas, while preserving the acidity.
Clos Mesorah was aged for 18 months in oak barrels and 10 months in bottle.
