Petit Castel is the second wine of Domaine du Castel. It is made in a classic Bordeaux style from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Petit Castel is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, then around 4 months in concrete vats, before bottling.
