Flechas de Los Andes ("Arrows of the Andes") estate, the result of a partnership between two prestigious names, Baron Benjamin de Rothschild and Laurent Dassault, is an exceptional vineyard.
Located at an altitude of 1,100 meters in the Uco Valley, south of Mendoza, it benefits from an arid and stony terroir where Malbec, Argentina's king of grapes, flourishes spectacularly. Bordeaux's expertise applied to this unique terroir gives rise to wines of remarkable concentration and finesse, true symbols of luxury and excellence.
The 2023 Gran Malbec is the purest expression of this ambitious project. Its deep red color with purplish highlights heralds a wine of great intensity.
The nose, complex and captivating, blends powerful aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum, enhanced by delicate notes of violet, black pepper, and vanilla resulting from skillful aging in oak barrels.
On the palate, the attack is ample and generous, supported by velvety tannins and a perfectly balanced structure. The long, persistent finish leaves an elegant and flavorful impression. This is a great wine for aging, promising magnificent development over the years.
