In honor of the 70th anniversary of the State of Israel and the 95th anniversary of the Binyamina settlement, Binyamina Winery has created a special cuvée called "Moshava", meaning "settlement" or "village" in hebrew.
Moshava Chardonnay is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes from selected vineyards located in the Galilee and in the Judean Hills region. Chardonnay, originating from the Bourgogne region in France, has adapted well in Israel and grows in a temperate and dry climate that prevents diseases in this sensitive grape variety.
The wine is fermented only in stainless steel tanks, without wooden contact, to preserve the characteristic aromas of the variety: green apple, pear and grapefruit. The wine is dry and has a refreshing and pleasant acidity balanced by the nice fruit.
