In 1989, Jean-Luc Thunevin and his wife Murielle Andraud acquired a small plot of 0.6 hectares in the Saint-Emilion valley between Pavie-Macquin and La Clotte. They then started with their first vintage in 1991, the Valandraud adventure. Since then, they have acquired other plots and properties, notably in Saint-Sulpice de Faleyrens, Saint-Emilion and Saint-Etienne de Lisse.
Le 3 de Valandraud is a grand cru from Saint-Emilion from our vineyards and vinified to be drunk within 8 to 10 years after bottling.
