The Chateau Marquisat de Binet Cuvée Abel, one of our year-round favorites, is made from 100% Merlot grapes grown according to sustainable agriculture principles. This beautiful cuvée was vinified and aged exclusively in concrete vats, resulting in a wine of great finesse and beautiful roundness. The nose, with its captivating aromas of red and black fruits, is captivating, and the palate, round and powerful, stretches out beautifully.
It will pair perfectly with red meats, fish, and mature cheeses.
The Chateau Marquisat de Binet Cuvée Abel is a kosher wine certified by the Beth Din of Paris and the OU.
The Château Marquisat de Binet vineyard benefits from a high-quality terroir located in the commune of Parsac, formerly under the authority of the Jurade of Saint-Emilion. The grape varieties are the same as in Saint-Emilion, with a strong dominance of the Merlot grape variety (90%), which gives finesse, fruitiness, flesh, and structure to the wine.
