Domaine Jean-Philippe Marchand was founded in Morey-Saint-Denis, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, in 1813. Seven generations have passed since at the head of the estate, so that in 1983, Claude Marchand acquired, in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, an old winegrowers' house, which he entrusted to his eldest son Jean-Philippe. One of the particularities of this estate lies in its label ´Vieilles Vignes´. Indeed, the majority of the plants are at least forty years old.
JP Marchand Vieilles Vignes Meursault 2021 offers aromas of white flowers, hazelnut and smoky notes on the nose. The palate is dense, with great complexity with notes of white fruit and minerals, very good acidity and great freshness. A great success!
