Les Brulis from Domaine Ternynck is a very nice wine made 100% from Pinot Noir. It offers a beautiful purple color to the eye and on the nose, the bouquet opens with a basket of small red and black fruits (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant). On the palate, it combines freshness and structure.
Les Brulis will perfectly accompany your aperitifs, cold meats and barbecues. We recommend serving it slightly chilled, at 14°.
Domaine Ternynck, associated with Domaine Mauperthuis and Domaine des Marroniers, is run by the passionate Laurent and Marie-Noël Thernynck. Located in the commune of Préhy, next to Chablis, these plots of land are exposed due south, and benefit from exceptional sunshine.
