Champagne Bonnet Ponson Cuvée Perpétuelle, is one of our Coup de Coeur champagnes! It is an Extra-Brut champagne, made from a blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) which is incredibly elegant! This 1er Cru champagne of a pretty liveliness presents a beautiful aromatic complexity with fruity notes (citrus, apple), floral and brioche, and a beautiful minerality. It is a superb champagne that will delight the most demanding palates. It is also EXCELLENT value for money.
This superb Champagne, with a very beautiful aromatic complexity, is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from the family vineyard located in the 1er Cru villages of Chamery, Vrigny, Coulommes-la-Montagne and Verzenay.
This very high quality Champagne is aged in the cellar for at least 48 months and contains 40% reserve wines.
