A superb sparkling wine for the Golan heights made according to the traditional method!
Yarden Blanc de Blanc is a superb sparkling wine made in Israel according to the traditional method, "méthode champenoise".
The 2010 Yarden Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes harvested from vineyards in the northern Golan Heights, the coolest viticultural area in Israel.
This sparkling wine is made strictly by the traditional method, including pressing of whole clusters and secondary fermentation in the bottle. Disgorging commenced after seven years of bottle aging on the tirage yeast.
Though ready to drink now, Yarden Blanc de Blanc will age well for about a decade from harvest.
Yarden Blanc de Blanc can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif and will go very well paired with grilled sea bass, assorted sushi or a selection of savory canapés.
