Isaac's Ram Cabernet Sauvignon produced by Hevron Heights Winery is a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon from the Judean Hills region, near Jerusalem.
Isaac´s Ram Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe black forest fruits and spices, then complemented by more woody notes. It displays soft and round tannins, as well as notes of blackcurrant, ripe raspberries, licorice, and precious wood. The finish is quite long in the mouth.
Open and leave to decant for at least half an hour before drinking and serving at 16-18°C. To be enjoyed with a nice piece of red meat, a country pâté or poultry in sauce.
