The Premium cuvée from Chateau Roubine is a great rosé that illustrates the complexity of the blend and the diversity of the 7 Provençal grape varieties that go into its production: Cinsault, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and in small percentages Carignan, Tibouren, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
Thanks to the night harvest, this cuvée benefits from a pellicular maceration at low temperature for a few hours. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The temperature is maintained at 17°, 18°, after static settling. Malolactic fermentation is blocked. After filtration, blending takes place followed by bottling.
This very typical rosé from Provence will be appreciated both as an aperitif and with summer or exotic cuisine.
