Le Layam blanc est un superbe vin réalisé à partir d'un assemblage de Roussanne (60%), Sauvignon blanc (15%), Chardonnay, Chenin blanc, Grenache blanche et Viognier . Les raisins proviennent des vignobles de Givat Yeshayahu et de Mata qui se trouvent respectivement à 300m et à 700 m d'altitude.
