Agur Blanc 2023 is a very attractive white wine made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (65%), Chenin Blanc (20%), Roussanne (10%), and Viognier (5%) from the Ein Kerem and Givat Yeshayashu vineyards.

Aromatic and well-balanced, Agur Blanc is a beautiful expression of the Eastern Mediterranean in terms of the grape varieties in this blend. It is a complex and rich wine, lively and mineral, and very pleasant to drink. Half of the wine was fermented in oak barrels and aged on its lees.

Agur Blanc offers a springtime expression of the fruits, flowers, and rocks of the Judean Hills region.
