Kessem 2024 is a magnificent wine made from a blend of Merlot (35%) and Carignan (25%) with five other grape varieties in smaller proportions. The grapes come from the Ein Karem vineyards (650-750m altitude) and Givat Yeshayashu vineyards (250-400m altitude). Each grape variety is fermented separately and then aged in oak barrels, amphorae, or stainless steel tanks. The Petite Syrah and Marselan undergo complete carbonic maceration.
Kessem means "magic" in Hebrew, and this unique and captivating blend reveals floral aromas with a hint of herbs and flavors of tangy red fruit.

Kessem is a medium-bodied wine with a pleasant finish. Kessem can be enjoyed on its own and pairs perfectly with a wide range of Mediterranean dishes; it can be served slightly chilled.
