Drappier Brut Nature is a very pretty Blanc de Noirs Champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir. This cuvée without dosage, where only natural residual sugar of less than 2 g per bottle remains, was designed for lovers of pure sensations. Additionally, the use of a completely minimal amount of sulfur gives the wine the freedom to fully express itself.
The nose reveals itself with crunchy and ripe fruit at the same time. The palate is straight, pure, with great finesse and freshness.
Ideal as an aperitif. Also goes perfectly with sashimi, veal tartare or even fresh goat's cheese. Serve at 7°c.
