Yarden 2T is made from a blend of two renowned Portuguese grape varieties, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Cao. The grapes come from the Yonatan vineyards, located at an altitude of 700 meters, and the Geshur vineyard, located at an altitude of 400 meters. Yarden 2T was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The 2021 Yarden 2T presents spicy notes intertwined with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, as well as fresh and dried flowers. Although already enjoyable, the 2021 Yarden 2T will continue to improve in bottle over the next few years. It will pair perfectly with lamb with mint pesto, prime rib roast, or duck confit.
