The vinification is plot by plot, and the aging takes place on lees, entirely in French oak barrels, with regular "bâtonnage" (lees stirring). This meticulous process, worthy of the greatest Burgundies, gives it outstanding aromatic complexity, a full body, and an incredibly creamy texture.
