Har Odem Nebbiolo Reserve 2021 is a superb wine made from Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards nestled in the Golan Heights. This unique terroir, and the cool climate, allow the Nebbiolo to ripen in excellent conditions.
This wine, which has a semi-opaque and brilliant red color, and aromas of roses and earth on the nose, has benefited from 18 months of aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a nice acidity and has flavors of red fruits (cherry).
“Nebbiolo” comes from the Italian word “nebbia,” which means fog, just like the mists that shroud the vineyards of the Golan Heights. This Nebbiolo tells the story of the Golan and the unique terroir in which it is grown.
