La Forêt Blanche Ya'ar Levanon 2019
Yaar Levanon 2019 is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from the Sde Kalev Vineyard, located in the high central mountains on the edge of the Judean desert at an altitude of 900 meters. The grapes are selectively harvested entirely by hand. The wine is aged for 24 months in French and American oak barrels without filtration.
The vineyard’s flagship wine precisely expresses the winemaker’s philosophy and the exceptional terroir of the Sde Kalev vineyard. It has a deep, rich, almost black Bourdeaux color. The wine enjoys a rich intense aroma of black forest berries and dark chocolate alongside fresh green peppercorns, rosemary, violets and lavender blossom.
