A family business since 1861, Domaine Lebrun is today a 9 Ha vineyard on the hill of Saint Andelain, renowned for its clay soils flint. After taking over the operation of the estate directly a few years ago and completing its complete renovation, Laurent Lebrun is now committed to expressing all the purity and quality of this exceptional terroir.
Terroir: clay with 70% flint, clay-limestone and sandy-clayey.
Harvest: the 9 hectares can be harvested in 48 hours in order to wait for optimum maturity. Fast transport of the harvest in stainless steel trailer with double bottom in order to limit any maceration. Sorting of the harvest upon receipt in the cellar.
Fermentation: in stainless steel vats, temperature control (16-18°C), yeast addition.
