The 2023 Matar Cumulus is a very nice wine made from a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from vineyards in the northern Golan Heights and the Upper Galilee; and which has benefited from 14 months of aging in French oak barrels.
This is a wine characterized by aromas of black fruits, spices and eucalyptus with a very nice balance and a nice length in the mouth
