"Alma" is a series of magnificent wines designed for simple pleasures: a dinner with friends, a picnic in the park, or an aperitif at sunset. Let this elegant rosé accompany your moments of conviviality and gastronomy.
This 2024 Rosé is a particularly delightful kosher wine, bursting with fruit and flavor. It comes from an original blend of 50% Grenache Noir from the Even Menachem vineyard and 50% Pinot Gris from the Misgav vineyard. The grapes are hand-picked in the cool of the early morning to preserve all their aromas.
The winemaking is precise: after a light crushing, the grapes macerate on their skins directly in the press. The winemaker watches carefully until the desired coral color is achieved. The juice is then gently pressed and ferments naturally in stainless steel tanks.
The technical team uses different winemaking techniques to bring complexity and a unique character to this cuvée. The result is a wine that is both lively and complex, enjoyable on its own or at the table.
It pairs wonderfully with a wide variety of dishes: fish, Asian cuisine, spicy foods, or Mediterranean flavors. Simply uncork a bottle and enjoy the moment.
All Dalton Winery wines are Kosher leMehadrin and Kosher for Passover. They are under the supervision of the Rabbanut of Israel, Badatz Yoreh Deyah (Rabbi Machpud), the OU (Orthodox Union), and Rabbi Mordechai Ungar of Monsey.
