Yarden Odem Chardonnay is a white wine made 100% from organic Chardonnay grapes grown in Odem Vineyards, one of the highest elevation and coolest vineyards (1150 meters) in all of Israel, overlooked by beautiful views of the Mount Hermon. The vineyard has been farmed organically since 1998, and has produced exceptional Chardonnay since its first planting in 1989.
The Yarden Chardonnay Odem Organic Vineyard displays aromatic pear, lemon, tropical fruit and mineral notes, rounded out with hints of croissant and flowers. This flavorful yet elegant single-vineyard Chardonnay exhibits full body with a tasty lingering finish.
The wine fermented and aged sur lie in French oak barrels for seven months.
