Agur Blanc 2023 is a beautiful white wine made from of a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (65%), Chenin Blanc (20%), Roussanne (10%) and Viognier (5%) from the Ein Kerem and Givat Yeshayashu vineyards.
Aromatic and well-balanced, Agur Blanc represent an Eastern Mediterranean expression for the varieties in the blend. Complex and rich, crisp and mineral and very pleasant to drink. About half of the wine was fermented in old barrels and left on its lees.
Offers a Spring expression of the fruit, flowers and rocks of the Judean Hills region.
